How will my order be shipped?

Depending on the size and weight of the items you've ordered, the order will be sent by Royal Mail 48 Hours service or Yodel 48 Hours service.  More information is in the Shipping Policy Shipping policy – NWNshop.

 

I ordered the wrong items

Let us know and we will try and help you get the items you want.  More information is in the Refund Policy Refund policy – NWNshop

 

I've received the wrong items

On rare occasions, mistakes happen.  Please email shop@ourwatch.org.uk with details of your order and what items you received.  Please include a photo if possible. 

 

Can I have a VAT invoice?

Yes - email shop@ourwatch.org.uk and tell us your order number and we'll send you a VAT invoice.
