What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

I've got a product idea for your shop

We love hearing about items you'd like to see available in the shop.  Please send suggestions to shop@ourwatch.org.uk

How will my order be shipped?

Depending on the size and weight of the items you've ordered, the order will be sent by Royal Mail 48 Hours service or Yodel 48 Hours service.  More information is in the Shipping Policy Shipping policy – NWNshop.

I ordered the wrong product

Let us know and we will try and help you get the items you want.  More information is in the Refund Policy Refund policy – NWNshop

I've received the wrong item

On rare occasions, mistakes happen.  Please emailshop@ourwatch.org.uk with details of your order and what items you received.  Please include a photo if possible. 

Can I have a VAT invoice?

Yes - emailshop@ourwatch.org.ukand tell us your order number and we'll send you a VAT invoice.
